How to Make a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

We want every homeowner who reaches out to Playsremote Pest Control to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to raise a complaint and what happens after. It is a general template, not legal advice.

What You Can Raise

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when you called or contacted Playsremote Pest Control
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

If the Problem Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one is responsible for its own estimates, pricing, products, work and customer service. If you have a problem with work done in your home, the usual first step is to take it up with the provider directly and keep a written record.

We still want to hear about it. Feedback on providers helps us keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short of our expectations may be removed. Please know that Playsremote Pest Control cannot settle contract disputes, issue refunds for a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.

If your concern is about how a pesticide was applied, you can also contact the agency that regulates pest control in Texas.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@playsremote.property and include:

  • Your name and how to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what you would like us to do

After You Write

We will confirm we received your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened, which may include reaching out to the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

Still Unhappy?

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau.
